Your grade is based on THREE FRONTS:
1️⃣ Profit Margin = How much you keep from revenue
2️⃣ Incomplete Rate = % of deals stuck unfinished
3️⃣ Loss Rate = % of deals losing money
A+ = 50%+ margin, <10% incomplete, <5% losses
A = 35%+ margin, <20% incomplete, <10% losses
B = 25%+ margin, <30% incomplete, <15% losses
C = 15%+ margin, <40% incomplete, <20% losses
D = 5%+ margin, <50% incomplete, <30% losses
F = Failing on ANY/ALL three fronts = Disaster
👉 All 3 fronts must be good for a high grade!
INCOMPLETE DEALS:
Number of deals where you received Payments IN but haven't made Payments OUT yet.
This means:
• Client paid you, but you haven't paid suppliers
• Cash is sitting idle (bad cash management)
• Poor follow-through and execution
• Potential legal/contractual risks
👉 High number = You're lazy or disorganized. Complete your deals!
LOSING DEALS:
Number of completed deals where you LOST money (Payments OUT > Payments IN).
This means:
• You spent more than you earned
• Bad pricing, bad negotiation, or bad clients
• Every losing deal kills your profit
• You're funding clients with YOUR money
👉 ANY losing deal is a failure. Zero tolerance. Fix your pricing or stop doing business with bad clients!
